Cherry Ann G. Padua, PT
Cherry received her physical therapy license in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. After 10 years of practicing as a clinician, she received her physical therapist license in California, specializing in the geriatric and worker's compensation populations. Her passion for PT partly came from her elderly grandparents, who raised her, and from a family background in the health industry. She found a desire to pursue a career in the healthcare field, especially in helping others cope with pain and functional limitations through conservative treatment.
Committed to Growth
Cherry devotes her time to lifelong education in order to enhance her skills and knowledge as a clinician. She continues to serve a diverse patient population. She is also dedicated to learning how to incorporate physical health with social and psychological health.
Hands-On Techniques
Cherry finds her profession very rewarding and holds high value in setting a comfortable atmosphere for her patients. She also seeks to provide each patient with quality care. Her treatments are hands-on in the form of specialties such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, neurodevelopmental treatment, muscle re-education, and soft tissue and joint mobilizations.
Certified and Credentialed
Cherry is also a certified Functional Capacity Evaluator (FCE), APTA credentialed Clinical Instructor (CI), and certified in Work-Hardening.
Loves to Explore
In her free time, Cherry enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she loves to cook or explore new restaurants, garden, and watch movies.

Miguel Q., Physical Therapy Assistant
I am a PTBOC Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017 who graduated from Stanbridge University on March, 2017.
In 2022 I graduated with Bachelors in Sociology Cal State San Marcos.
I’m most experienced in outpatient and home health settings. Though I have some experience at a few inpatient faculties and hospitals as well. I have also been a personal trainer since 2011. Between 2018 and 2020 I was the head coach and eventually owner in 2023 of Fitness Resolute, formerly known as CrossFit Resolute.
My career path started at a local LaFitness where I was a personal trainer with many clients that suffered from chronic health issues as well as muscular and joint pain. That led me to research more into how to heal the body with exercises which was the perfect gateway for physical therapy.
One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had has been working here at Absolute. Not only has it taught me valuable time management skills, interpersonal and social skills, and career development skills, but has also opened the doors for lifelong relationships and created valuable memories.
Some of my hobbies outside of work include running, surviving CrossFit, and some reading. But my obsessions are anything coffee (seriously ask me any question about it) and testing watches, particularly smart watches.
